this weekend was a great weekend in vernal! we branded calves, went turkey huntin, and hung out with the fam! oh yeah i faked sick for work also ;) but it was way worth it!!

Oh Tommy!

You know the movie Marley and Me....

Well I have that dog but in Golden Retriever form.

We love Tommy but he can be a bit crazy....

This last weekend Tommy has been a bit naughty. He has escaped from our yard somehow, somehow i mean by sliding through our fence, jumping over it, or we dont really know, and wandered through our neighborhood. This isnt the first time this has happened but he snuck into someones house. This time through their doggy door. For all of you that dont know Tommy he is a pretty big dog. He is about 100 pounds I think. So how he would fit through anyones doggy door I dont know. But we got a phone call from a lady mad that he was in their house! Dont worry it didnt only happen once but twice! Animal control called my step dad and now Tommy is in trouble. I wonder what else will happen with him this week! What a crazy dog!

78 Days!!

Woohoo!! I can not wait! Only 78 day! It feels like it is taking forever tho! I wish it was sooner. I absolutely can not wait to marry my best friend! I am so excited. This last weekend I spend in vernal! We had Gabe take some engagement pictures. They turned out great. Everything is movin along and going great!! Here are some of the pictures!

its been awhile since i've posted anything. i'm not really good at this! haha but this last weekend we went to st george for gabes track meet! it was a blast and he did really good! we also got a nice tan (more of a sun burn). i got to see my cousin whitnee and her little baby brey. he is a cutie.

June 22 seems so far away! I hate it! I wish it was so much closer. But I know time will fly by so I need to just enjoy it! I can not wait tho!

two words... I'M ENGAGED!! woohoo! to my best friend! pretty sure that i have thee best engagement story ever too. we went down on his land to go shooting. he went and sat on a log to "fix his boot" and told me to come sit next to him so we could take a picture. little did i know he had carved on the log "will u marry me." i being not so smart didnt even notice! he had to point it out to me. i loved it! i was so surprised. i love my ring! here are some pictures! 

June 22, 2012! You all better be there!

This last weekend Caden and I celebrated valentines day!  We went to Tucanos, and to the movie "the vow." The movie was not as good as I thought it would be. I was pretty disappointed about it. Caden got me some beautiful roses for valentines day and I made him a key chain that had three pennys on it. One from the year he was born, one for the year I was born, and one for the year we met. I also made him a cheesey card and filled it with glitter. I tried to make heart chocolate chip cookies, at first they looked amazing, but they got way to big in the oven and looked nothing like hearts after they were cooked.

We also went and tried out "gravity hill" this weekend. Gravity Hill is a hill over by the capital and you head down the hill, put your car in neutral, and your car magically rolls up the hill instead of down. It is pretty creepy! I still cant figure out why it does that. Next on our list will definitely have to be hobbit ville. 

We went to the aquarium Saturday and saw some crazy animals. Later on we went a visited Seth, Lindsey, Zoey and Saywer. It was fun to see them! Now I get to look forward to a week of work! yay!

.2012.

So I've decided to put one of my new years resolutions into action which was to "start a blog." I can already tell this is going to be difficult but we will see how it goes!

2012 has been great so far! I cant wait to see what it brings. The best part so far of 2012 has been that I have spent it with my best friend... Caden! I'm so lucky to have him. We have had quite an eventful year so far. In January we went to the Brad Paisley concert. (sorry lindsey i stole your picture) haha. We spent time in my most favorite place on earth, Vernal Utah, fixin fences, hanging with the fam, and ridin harley. This year is going to be amazing! I can't wait!! 

It almost Valentines Day! This year is my first year of having an actual so called "Valentine" for Valentines Day. I know I'm pretty lame but I am quite excited for it!  Caden is comin out for it and it will be great. I made him thee cheesiest valentines day card and I cant wait to give it to him!

I also started a new job at an old job. I couldn't stand my job at the dentist office and the assistant was horrible and other reasons so I left. I'm back at the group home! We will see how it goes. I visited Morning View (David, Brandon, Ian, and Brady) for the first time in about 5 months! I was so excited to see them. Brandon smacked me in face for leavin but hey i kinda deserved it! Brady laughed hysterically and was so excited because I am back. Boy I have missed these guys!
